Since the 10th Dec. I have emails to be received from hotmail.com but the
error say: HTTP error. The server is temporally unable to fulfill the request.

have not altered anything and can get emails direct from hotmail.com.
Is this a grandfathered free account or is this a paid account? Have you
tested in a new Identity?
1. If you can receive but not send then you have a bad SMTP configuration
2. If you can send but not receive you have a bad POP or IMAP configuration
You can try re-entering info.
You can delete account and create a new one.
Using copy/paste can result in an extra space being added. Type carefully.
Check your Keychain for corruption.
Exactly what version of Entourage 2004 are you using? Check the Microsoft
Component Plugin in the Office folder inside the Office 2004 folder. What
version does it show?
Download this script that will show you Office version info. Note there are
different scripts for Office X, 2004 and Office 2008. It gives the version
number for each Office application, the component plugin and your OS
version. Even if ALL the Office applications aren't updated each time, the
Microsoft Component Plugin, which isn't an app, will always show the latest
update.
