cannot recieve e-mails

I can send e-mails but I get nothing, no response what so ever when I try to
recieve. IU have tried to reset my servers, but still I get nothing

Please repost your question in a newsgroup supporting your EMail
software. This group is for a different program, the database software
Microsoft Access. The webpage can be confusing and may have misled
you.
