Cannot recognize data model saved in previous version

I created a data model in Visio 2000 Enterprise (non SR1
version) and am now trying to open it on another machine
in Visio 2000 Enterprise version SR1.

I keep getting the message "The ER Source Model template
requires Visio 2000 Enterprise Edition" when trying to
open the previously save file. I can see the objects but
cannot edit them. The toolbar menu also has no Database
menu option on it.

I know I have the Enterprise edition because I can create
a new ER diagram just fine and the database menu is
enabled.
