After MS Project crash (when I was publishing the full Project Plan) when I
try to open my Enterprise project again I get a message to the effect that
the project is being used by "another user" namely myself. The options are to
open Read-only or Cancel.
I can force check in using my Admin rights in Project Server but then I lose
all my updates.
Why doesnt it recognise that I am the same user at the time of the crash and
allow me to open the updated file?
Background details: MS Project Pro 2003 (not SP1), MS Project Server,
Win2000. Using Project Server account to log on (not Windows user account).
