Cannot reinstall Front Page 2003 on an extended hard drive...

My computer was very slow so I reformatted my old hard drive and bought an
additional hard drive (they connected as master and slave). My problem is
that I have two applications (Front Page & Publisher 2003) with single user
license. Of course when I tried to install them I could not. There is any
way that would save me from buying them again.

What do you mean that you can't install them? If you are talking about Activation, select the
Telephone option.

When I would like to activate I am rejected saying thatI used up my limit. I
reinstalled FrontPage 2003 on the same computer (on an extended hard drive).
I am hoping that it is possible and I do not have to buy the application
again.
I'll try activate it on the phone.
