When trying to delete messages, I get an error message
indicating I have a file management problem and to
restart Outlook. I have done this several times but
still get the same error problem. The reason why this
occurs is that I had Outlook installed and then got
several error messages, which later I found out to be
server related (through my ISP). I went to Outlook
Express; then returned back to Outlook and received
several duplicate messages. I download a duplicate
email remover from Sperrysoftware. When I ran the
application, I received anywhere from 1,000 - 6,000
duplicate messages. I then became suspicious and when
seeing that duplicate messages where still there, I
tried manually deleting the messages, coming up with
the error message regarding file management. I
removed Outlook and then reinstalled it and still
getting that error message. I even used Win Doctor
and still have the problem. I then I attempted to
remove the software, but cannot, even using Add/Remove
from Windows. There was only a partial removal.
Since then, I have been using Outlook Express since then.
