Cannot Remove or Reinstall Office

I'm trying to Repair/Reinstall or even Remove Office 2003 Std. However, its
looking for a file "olkintlff.msp" that cannot be found. The original
install was from and Admin Install Point, which I cannot locate the file
there or on the local C:\ drive. If I attempt to run a Detect and Repair it
again asks for this file. Does anyone know how I can remove the install and
start over?

I was able to fix the problem. I had to reboot, then run the Installer Fixer
a second time. Thanks.
