In Outlook 2002 SP3 and Outlook 2203. After dragging an attachment into the
body of an email message with Rich Text Editor set and and Word not set as
the email editor, you cannot rename the attachment. This is possible in
Outlook 2002 SP2 and earlier by right-clicking the attachment, selecting
"Properties", and then typing the new name in the Label field and click enter
to change the attachment name. However, in Outlook 2002 SP3 and Outlook 2003,
when you type in a new name and press enter, nothing happens.
Is this a bug or was this intentional for security purposes?
Please help.
Thanks,
