Cannot Repair Access 2007 Database

When I try to repair an Access 2007 database it says I cannot because there
is another user but if I look at the security file it shows I am the only
user on the database. I tried to copy the database from a server to my hard
drive and do a compress but I still get the same error message. In the past
I could delete the .LDB file but Vista will not let me delete it.

I get the same message if I try and do the compess from Access without
opening the database. Any ideas.

Did you try deleting the ldb or lccdb file from the folder AFTER rebooting?
