Cannot reply or create new mail in Outlook 2001

I have a digital audio G4 running 10.3.2 and Outlook 2001 for connection to
my company's exchange server.

I cannot create new mail or reply to existing mail, either through the menu
options or clicking on the task bar. I have tried to reinstall the
application and booting into OS9 has no effect.

Over last weekend (four days ago) the company upgraded from NT4 to Win2k
active directories. However, Outlook 2001 did no break until today, so I
don't know what's going on.

Any help would be appreciated.
