I use Outlook 2003 to manage my Hotmail account. Recently I've been unable
to Reply, Reply to All or Forward messages from my inbox. When I attempt
this by selecting Reply, Reply to All or Forward from the toolbar the
following message appears: Messages on this server canot be modified.
I am able to create new mail messages and receive mail just fine. The
Hotmail folks are telling me it's an outlook issue. Suggestions?
