cannot restore send/receive dialog box after adding a new account

Hi,

After I added a new account to my Outlook 2003 it started acting
weird. It shows the "send/receive dialog box" but it does not appear
as a separate window, so I cannot see the progress of the operation.
I tried clicking at the bottom right corner, as explained in a
previous reply to a similar post, but when I click on 'Details'
nothing happens.
