Cannot right click in Word 2007!

For some reason on my office machine running Vista/Office 2007, I
cannot right click in Word. Excel works fine, and I can use the right
click-- but not in Word.

Anyone have some insight? Thanks!

Also-- I've already tried reinstalling Office.

It seems like there is no mouse control at all on the document. I
cannot move the cursor with the mouse, I cannot highlight.
