Cannot run Outlook

I am running windows XP Professional and have a BT Yahoo
Broadband connection. I can operate Outlook express but
cannot even open Outlook. It keeps telling me that my
server is not available and jsut shuts down. I have used
Outlook with Windows 2000 and the same broadband
connection. Any suggestions?
