Cannot save emails to personal folders - permission denied

I cannot move emails contained in my Outlook 2003 "Inbox" to my personal
folders. I get the message "You don't have permission to create an entry in
this folder".
I have checked my user permissions and they are Administrator. This is only
a recent problem, as I never had this problem before.
