Cannot save Excel with Hindi and English text

Hi,

I've been trying to save this Excel 2003 file on our company server, but
every time an error message pops up:"Excel encounters a problem and needs to
shut".

The file has Hindi and English text in it and it's of a reasonable size.

Can anyone help?
