cannot save the url to a file

The PC has Office 2000 with XP upgrade. When trying to
open attachements by double-clicking it gives the
following err:eek:utlook cannot save the url to a file...
In the MS knowledge base it says this is caused by the SP-
3 download and there is a fix to this. Where can I get
it?
