when trying to schedule a new appointment, the following appears: The form
required to view this message cannot be displayed. Please advise what to do.

I read the instructions and can not figure out how to execute them. Is there
a fix for this appointment problem that does not require a programmer's
knowledge?

Certainly. Just follow the menu item clicks described in the article. No
programming knowledge needed.
