Cannot see bcc recipients in Sent Items

Have several users on Outlook 2007 who had been able to see email
addresses in the bcc field under Sent Items and now cannot; no
settings had been changed.

Tried the standard "fix" of double clicking the email to open it to
see bcc - email addresses are not listed.
Can open email, go to Other Actions, Resend This Message - no email
addresses show (I know from my tests there were addresses in the bcc
mail).

Any solutions for this issue?
