cannot see holidays

in my own outlook here at home I have no problems.
but at work - also outlook 2003 - I cannot see the holidays.
Under calendar options I have added Holidays - and when it didn't show, I
tried again - then it said "Holidays ...already installed. do you want to
install them again" So they are installed - but not showing
does any body know what I could do??? (it's on a common server) the
it-people say they have done nothing to prevent it

Outlook 2003's holiday file only goes through 2007. Microsoft has supplied
an updated holiday file for over a year now. Did you go to the Office web
site and look for it? If not, see this:
