Cannot see schedules for attendees; meeting accepted by proxy...

Using OL2003 with Exchange 2003, Windows XP. If a meeting request is accepted
on my behalf, when I try and look at the calendars of other attendees by
opening the meeting and clicking on the Scheduling tab, all I see is a red
cross and all attendees are coloured white/black "No information available".
Any suggestions/ideas? Is this known behaviour?
