Cannot See the Calendar after being granted Rights

Hi

we are in microsoft exchange enviroment and after giving permissions to
another user, they still cannot see the calendar. However if the user grants
someone else the rights to view, it can be seen. I'm thinking it is a user
rights issue??, but really not sure what is happening.

I have give full rights to the user and it still cannot be seen.

Any other suggestions.
