cannot seet members in mail group

Dear all

I'm using Microsoft Exchange 5.5 mail server, meanwhile Ms Outlook 2002 as a
client to read/send e-mail.

The problem is, one of the users cannot see or view members in mail group in
exchange address list.

Any idea how to solve it?
