Cannot select server type when creating a new profile

Hi,

When I try to create a new profile under Outlook XP (SP2)
and add an e-mailaccount, I cannot select the server type.
All radio buttons are disabled, so is the Next button.

How should I fix this?

Note that I access the profile configuration under the
Control Panel on Windows 2000 and that I do not have
Outlook opened.
