Cannot send an e-mail from access.

Hello!
I try to send and e-mail from access but the option "Destinatario de correo"
is disabled. I try the article 834008, but it's all ok in the pc. What is the
reason???

Are your email setting in Internet Explorer correct.
In IE
Tools/Options/Programs
