Cannot send emails to other people inside my network w/outlook exp

I am dealing with a customers company, and they report that for about a month
or so they have lost their ability to send emails to one another internally.
They can however send outgoing emails to anywhere else, just not with their
network, while using outlook express.

does anyone have any ideas? any help is appreciated.

First, this isn't an Outlook Express Forum, its for Office Outlook, so
you'll get much better expertise in one of the OE groups for OE problems.
This, however, sounds like an email server issue, I'd start there.
