Cannot send large emails

[Pricey]

hi all

I currently cannot send large emails (over 2 meg) and get the following send
receive error "microsoft outlook send error 0x800421ob" operation timed out
waiting for a response SMTP server..

What version of Outlook are you using? Have you checked with your ISP to
make sure they aren't rejecting the message due to size?
