I use Office XP and Outlook 2002. When I receive emails
with attachments, I do not see the attachment icon. I
know there is an attachment because I see it when I
forward the email. So, I can open and save the
attachment from the forwarded message. When I send
attachments, the recipient also does not see the
attachment icon and is therefore, unable to open the
attachment. I know I've sent an attachment because I see
it when I open my sent email.
We have anti-virus software installed that runs every 24
hours and scans all incoming and outgoing messages. I
ran it twice just to be on the safe side. Also, I
haven't seen any error messages that Outlook has removed
unsafe attachments.
I'm at a loss. Please help!!
Thanks,
Rachel
