Cannot send or receive in Outlook Express

Anyone have this problem?

ISP says it is a Microsoft problem. Verified settings and
have downloaded most recent version but no luck.

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
