cannot send/reply or save draft

Hi

I can access via web with my laptop and read all the e-
mails I have in my accounts, but, whenever I try to
send/reply or to save draft, there is always error message,
saying: "no language code page is found on this server,
message cannot be sent. please contact your server admin"
(this error message which I translated from Japanese....)

Before the web access sysytem was upgraded, it was working
fine. Today, I have tried on my friend's English laptop
and from there, I can send/save...it worked fine.

Are you using Exchange server?
If so, have you talked to your Exchange admin?
