what you might try is
to test the issue in
safe modes.
if the issue does not
exist in safe modes,
then you can try to
boot up in normal
mode again.
then before you click on
the office program hold
down the ctrl key first,
then you can launch
the office program in
state of safe mode.
if the problem still exists
then you may be running
short on resources.
before we go into that
give us a status of your
findings with the above
methods.
