cannot set page setup to (8.5"x11") in office2003

after installing office XP 2003, when I start the word the page is set to
custom size 4.13" x 5". I have to reset the page to Letter 8.5" x 11" every
time I want to write new letter. Is there any solution to fix the default
setting to Letter Head size.

You have posted this message to the wrong news group.
