We are having a problem sorting cell ranges that have merged cells. We most
often receive the error message: "This operation requires the merged cells
be identically sized."
Note that any merged cells in the range are merged as horizontal groups of
cells, where all merged cells are of a common size for any given column and
they fill that column. Any thoughts why we cannot sort ranges (by row) with
columns of merged cells of identical size?
