Cannot start Groove I get an error message

Gergely

Hi All!
I am using Groove 3.1 and when I try to start it I get a Groove Critical
Error notification window with the following text: "Unable to continue due to
error initializing binary file store. Not enough storage is available to
complete this operation" then the only choice is to click OK then nothing
happens.
I cheched the free space on the hard drive it hase ~30 GB of space so this
can't be the problem.

Hpoe someone can help me what to tod or have any idea what to try.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Gergley,

This message can be coming from several different sources:

1. The hard drive might be very fragmented – try a defrag and reboot the
computer
2. Your page file might be too small for the amount of memory the computer
is using – try increasing the size of your page file
3. The account binary file store has become corrupt – you will need to do a
grooveclean –all and start over with anew account

Thank you for your answer.
Virtual memory size set to 2 GB to 3GB soit have to be good.
When I try to run grooveclea I get the same error message.
It seems that the binary file store corrupted. Will try to reinstall groove
with a new account.
