Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Can't open file *.msg.

We have users not being able to always open .msg files they have saved on a
network share. The share is set with full rights for these users. Any
ideas? They are using Office 2003 with all the latest service packs.

Error: Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Can't open file:
\\server\directory\*.msg. The file may not exisit, you may not have
permission to open it, or it may be open in another program. Right-click the
folder that contains the file, and then check Properties to chec your
permissions for the foler.

And they are able to do this when they move it locally? Were these msg-files
created with Outlook 2003 as well?
