Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook...

About once a day, Outlook bombs and I have to close and re-open it.
Sometimes it opens back up fine, but usually I get this message:

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook
window. The set of folders could not be openend. The server is not
available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists."

I have a PST file in My Documents. Not using Exchange or anything. The
only way to fix it is to reboot. I have to reboot everytime.

What the hell?
