I run Office 2003 with Windows XP Pro 64. Up until recently this has been
running fine but 3 days ago Outlook would not load and I get the message
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact
your administrator if this condition persists. It is persisting. I have
reloaded windows and Office and to no avail as I continue to get the same
message. Help anyone?
