Cannot start microsoft Office Outlook

Hi,
I have reinstalled microsoft office small bussiness 2007 and now it comes up
with this error message " cannot start microsoft office outlook, cannot open
the outlook window. the st of folders cannot be opened. the file
y:\outlook\outlook.pst cannot be opened"
But what I'm trying to do is create a new account,not look into that pst
file. how can i make outlook to open ?

Create a new profile by going into the Control Panel and use the mail applet
there. Make sure you set your Control Panel to classic view first so you can
see the correct applet.
