cannot start Microsoft Office

Help! I cannot access my Microsoft Ofiice Outlook!! I started my computer
today and when I try to open Outlook I receive the following message: "Cannot
start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook Window. The set of
folders could not be opened." How do I fix this?

I am on a business network. Our sudo IT person said, " could not figure out
why it's acting up. Just log into your mail remotely." Which I did and
noticed I am only getting internal emails.

If you can't access the Exchange server then that would be the issue. I
think you are seeing the results of connection problems.

I have restarted the computer, but nothing has changed. What to you suggest I
try to fix the problem?

Contact your IT person, and have them check that your computer is
connecting to the network.
