Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. File Access is denied. How do I r.

When I attempt to start Outlook I am told that the file access is denied &
that I don't have permission to access the file. How can I remedy this
problem?

What file does it say you can't access? Did you install Outlook from an
Administrator account?
