Cannot start microsoft outlook

Hi all,

Whenever I click the Outlook 2002 icon (using Windows XP),
I get this error:

"Cannot start microsoft outlook. The information store
could not be opened."

I can bypass the error but only to the offline mode. I'm
connecting to an Exchange server and all my settings are
correct. Also, web access seems to be working correctly.
