Cannot Start MS Office Outlook - Cannot open office window

I run BCM with Office. When I open Outlook I get this meessage:

Cannot Start MS Office Outlook - Cannot open office window

I've tried repair and I've tried rolling back.

Any suggestions. If I have to remove and reinstall is there a correct
sequence for the removal - eg patches, SQL, Office etc??

Any suggestions please?

What antivirus software are you running?

Which Outlook release are you running?

What happens if you go to Control Panel, mail, and remove the BCM
database from the manage data files dialog box?
