Cannot start MS office outlook.

I am getting this message when trying to open Outlook 2007. 'Cannot start MS
office outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.'
I have repaired MS Office and run a diagnostic report on the suite but there
appears to be nothing wrong.
How can I remedy this problem? Urgent !!

Start Outlook once with the /resetnavpane command switch.
Start>Run (or Search)>outlook.exe /resetnavpane
Don't forget the space after ".exe".
