cannot start outlook 2007

I installed Office 2007 beta but now I cannot start Outlook

Error message:

The set of folders cannot be opened. The file .........Application
data\microsoft\outlook\outlook0 cannot be acessed. You must connect to your
microsoft exchange server at least once before you can use your offline
folder file

Any thoughts how to solve this?

Try posting in the Outlook or Office beta newsgroup, as this is not related
