I've been using Office 2003 (installed on my local hard
drive) for several months and all programs were working
fine. Today I tried to start Outlook and was faced with
the following message:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open
the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be
opened. The server is not available."
I've tried to reinstall/repair, but each time the
reinstall/repair locks up.
Any suggestions?
