Cannot Start Outlook

Outlook 2003

I get the following error message:

Cannot start Microsft Outlook. Unable to open the outlook window. The set
of folders could not be opened. The server is not available.
Please advise.

Did you accidentally set up Outlook with an Exchange Server account when you
haven't got one?
