Cannot start the reminder service, unable to show reminders

Running WinXPPro SP2 with Office 2003 1GB of RAM 80GB HDD with 60GB Free. I
recieve this error when I leave outlook open for a while. Reminders for
meeting do not pop up and I end up missing my meetings. We are running and
Exchange 2000 Enviroment.

Need help
