"Cannot start the source application for this object"

Excel General Questions

There is an Excel doc which was created in office 2000, now after upgrade to
2003, after you open the Exel doc, and you click on one of the chart you get
this error message, "Cannot start the source application for this object"
in Office 2000, when you click on one of boxes in that Exel doc, it opens
Microsoft Chart Ogranization , but this does not happen in Office 2003,,
