at active sync my calender,contacts,inbox,notes, and tasks will not sync
anyone know why or what to do about it ?

What version of ActiveSync and what version of Outlook? Perhaps the
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync group is a
better place to find an answer.
