cannot tab between excel sheets

hi,

i have a client who cannot tab between excel sheets (if she has 3-4
open)..it works when she first logs on but then it just stops working...this
only happens in excel...tabbing works fine in Word, Powerpoint etc so it only
excel that has this issue so its strange. removed some security s/w which i
thought might be blocking it but no luck. anyone have any ideas? Ans would
recreating a windows user profile help?

In Excel, goto TOOLS >> OPTIONS and make sure that "Windows in Taskbar" is
selected. That way Excel will open new windows for each document, otherwise
they're opened ALL in the same Excel window.
